These are the pictures from our recent trip with Ronnie. My son Nolan
and I had a great time. I could not think of a better way to spend
spring break. Catching quality fish and spending quality time with my
son. The pictures are Nolan with his biggest fish ever 7.11 and mine 6.2. Yes he beat me and will not stop rubbing it in. Once again i would like to thank Ken and all your staff for a great trip.
Trip date was March 12th 2007

My partners and I still haven't stopped talking about what a wonderful time we had at Lake Dancy. We can't wait to return.
Thanks again

"Ken,
I wouild like to thank you and your staff for a great fishing trip to Lake Dancy. The accomodations, food and personal service was great to say the least. By the way, the fishging was pretty damn good as well. I am an avid fisherman and have caught some good fish in my life, none of which compare to the one day trip to Lake Dancy. By noon I had caught 25 fish, 20 of which were 5 pounders, 2 - 4pounders and 3 - 3 pounders. That is 117 pounds before lunch. The afternoon could not be better "Wrong"! The afternooon bite was 30 fish. I decided to only weigh fish in 6 fish, 1 @ 6.2 lbs, 1@ 6.6lbs, 1 @ 7lbs, 1 @ 8.5 lbs, 1 @ 8.6lbs and 1 @ 10.2 lbs That is 47.1 lbs for 6 fish. I don't believe that I will ever catch that many quality fish again for the rest of my life, unless I fish Lake Dancy again. I will be booking a trip this fall for my son and myself.
Thanks"

"Ken, Just a quick note to say we really enjoyed fishing this past Monday. It was a very special time for Tyler and I to spend his 13th birthday together on the lake reeling them in.
Thanks again."

"Ken,
Enjoyed the trip, great fish weighted 9 pounds and was 22.5 inches long caught by Cody Gilbert using a black and purple worm on the morning of 3/26/05. Here is also a picture of a five pound fish Cody caught Suaturday morning. Trent seems a little frustrated at his brither.
Thanks for the memories"

"Hi All,
I just wanted to tank you and your family and staff for a wonderful fishing trip on August 18th. Besides having a fabulous lake and some ferocious Bass, you have an eqaully fabulous establishment. It was our pleaseure to meet everyone and spend the day at Lake Dancy. Despite being the heat of the summer, we were still able to pick up 43 fish (with easily a three pound average) not to mention those that got away. We look forward to returning in the future and have already told everyone we can about your top rate operation. Here is a picture of the 7 1/2 pounder I managed to wrestle out of the trees."

Trophy Bass Fishing"Dear Ken and Teena,
The first time I came to the lake in the beginning of April 2004, I borrowed the "lakeboat" and even though I had to content with hard winds and very stormy conditions, I still managed to "flip up" more than 60 bass in slightly less than six hours. One niner, one eight, two sevens, several fives and sixes and over fifty threes and fours!

Trophy Bass Fishing The second trip (---->)I went with two friends, this time in my own boat, but again in hard wind conditions. One of my friends brought two broken tip rods which earned him the nickname "Tip Top Tony" but still caught over 30 bass, the biggest about six pounds. My other friend had over 40, the biggest about a seven and I, who had the front of the boat, caught over 50 but managed to loose two fish over 9 pounds in the heavy structure.
The third trip, quess what, strong winds, netted us 2 over seven (see photo's) and approximately 75 fish.

The fourth trip I came with my son and this time the wind worked in our favor. We had so many doubles several times in a row it became "work". We caught about 150 fish, because we got "into" the timber of the creek. Lots of spiders and several snakes! In one hole, as big as my living room, we caught over 50 bass, ranging from three to seven pounds and lost several larger fish we just could not control.
I can really recommend this lake but bring a lot of heavy line in the 20 or over class!
Thanks for great fishing trips!

June trip one gave me a chance to spend quality time with my daughter. She had never flipped before and totally underestimated the strenth of these fish. She lost a bunch of fish but finally caught on and caught about 25 nice fish during the rest of the day.
She caught one 8 1 /2 pounder flippin' in the middle of a brushpile. I had more fun watching her catch these big fish than actually fishing myself. I did manage to catch several nice fish though.

June trip two, this time with my tournament partner Jack, netted us 5 fish between 8 and 8 1/2 pounds, 15 fish between 6 and 8 lbs and an additional 45 fish from 2 1/2 to 6 pounds.
Note: The five big fish had never been "stuck" before. All fish were very thick in the back but long and sleek.

Fall Trip one was a personal disaster. I only caught 20 or so, all over 3 pounds, but my son and my daughers boyfriend caught the stew out of them. I quess I didn't hold my mouth right (actually I was wrestling with the trolling motor against very heavy wind - excuses, excuses!) but the boys must have caught at least 50 each. They had at least 10 over 7 pounds between them. I really had a great time. My son was telling me how grateful he was for me cathing the small ones so he could get the big ones. (sour smile) He delighted in telling me that he really would be happy to to teach me how to catch a big fish. Those two boys had a conspiracy going between them. Next time I'll do better!
Thanks Again!!!
